i LOVED it! i know all those mature, "real" movie aficionados are laughing hysterically, but i really enjoyed it. i even shed a few tears. i have NEVER been a "musicale" fan, people breaking out into song in the middle of the street? no. seven brides for seven brothers? not likely. and what's so great about oklahoma?? but these movies are just fun, and great to share with the kids. there are even good lessons and messages, if you will just get over yourself and enjoy the movie. i just wish i could dance like that!

corny i know, but i love it! our show starts at 5:30, and we are SOOOO excited! i agree that it is only "upbeat silliness," but it's upbeat silliness that we need right now! i'm planning on having a GREAT time!

we spent the weekend in logan, celebrating my mother's 80th birthday! today was the open house, and it was wonderful to see family i haven't been able to see for a while!
